This was my largest full home renovation project to date which also included new build blumbing. The plumbing work in the main house included 4 bathroom renovations, all which had h igh end tap wear and wall hung toilets installed, a laundry renovation and new butlers pantry which included a zipp tap and vegetable washer mixers, also a kitchen renovation which had fridge plumbing , steam oven plumbing and an insinkerator for food waste disposal at the kitchen sink, there was also a gas point installed close to the cooktop, should anyone prefer a gas cooktopinstalled rather than an electric induction cooktop , we also installed a flow and return hotwater system to ensure the large house allways had instant hot water at every bathroom. At the back of the property there was a pool cabana downstairs where a new kitcken was fitted with a new bathroom, a 50ltr hotwater storage heater was installed to service it. Above the cabana there was a garage at ground level and then a studio apartment on level one, which included new plumbing for a bathroom and plumbing for a new kitchen and laundry, there was a 80ltr rheem hotwater heater installed to service the studio.
