Apartment living usually offers limited space and even less storage, some apartments so not offer a shared hotwater supply fed from a plant room or a shared hotwater system, however some apartments are expected to provide their own hotwater. On a recent kitchen renovation project that we were working on, the only place that could store the hotwater heater in the apartment was in the kitchen cabinetry, rheem offer a compact 47ltr hotwater system short enough to fit in a cabinet, so this was obviously the heater we went for, during the rough in stage we needed to run 2 drain lines one for the drip tray, used to prevent a burst heater flooding the apartment and one for the ecv and tpr lines.
