This backflow device Install, was for the new woombye nature strip project recently completed in the Sunshine Coast. We had to connect onto a new 32mm water meter, reducing down to 25mm for the new rpz valve, this device is required by council to prevent the backflow of contaminated water into the towns potable water supply. The concrete had been poured prior to our arrival on site, unfortunately the cage was the to small for the slab they’d poured, so we had to cut some channels into the slab to make this one work.
